Now in stock, SSX Blur for the Nintendo Wii.

Now part of TechDiversions expanding Wii games.

GameRankings.com gave it a 75% based on nine review sites saying:

"SSX Blur is everything you expect from the franchise, delivered in a totally unexpected way. Revolutionary controls take full advantage of the Wii's potential by putting you in total command of your skier or rider, on-the-ground & in-the-air, by translating every motion you make into the skills that create mountain legends."

What can you do?

  • On-the-Ground and In-the-Air: Use the nunchuck On-the-Ground to carve down the slopes and jump while using the remote In-the-Air to pull off spins, flips, and grabs.
  • Conquer the Mountain: With three distinct peaks and 12 tracks all freshly styled, you can bomb down the mountain nonstop, top to bottom.
  • Add Some Characters to Your Game: The familiar faces of the SSX franchise return, including Mac, Kaori, Psymon, and Allegra, plus two all-new hot shot riders.
  • Dominate Your Biggest Rivals: Challenge your friends to an all-out racing or freestyle battle then show 'em up with speed and style! Throw snowballs along the way and leave the competition in your spray.
  • Personalize Your Uber Tricks: Use the revolutionary Nintendo remote to unleash the most insane Uber tricks. Draw specific shapes while In-the-Air to create the biggest aerial moves.
  • Race to a Groove: With adrenaline-pumping music blowing out your experience, feel the tunes intensify as you stick your tricks and fill the all-new Groove Meter. Keep movin' and groovin' to boost your speed, amp up your air and rule the mountain.

IGN gave it 8.4 out of 10, gamespot 7.4 out of 10, GameTrailers, 8.4 out of 10. Not bad.

I'm picking this one up, will get a review for this weekends next TD Gaming Podcast
